Yes, all categories and attributes can be changed without limits. The initial records in the system are examples and can be deleted if desired. Attributes added to a category can be customized as selectable, numeric, text, date, or checkbox.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and an additional invoice is issued. Downgrades are applied automatically at the end of the current billing period.

Yes, you can switch to the free plan at any time. When you move to the free plan, you will not be charged.

If you have more products or employees than the limits of the target plan, the system blocks the downgrade. In that case, delete records to meet the plan limits and try again.

Invoices are issued via Ruul.io. First, a pro forma invoice is created; after your payment, the official invoice is sent to your registered email within 48 hours. You will also receive informational emails from support@zimmettakip.com during this process.

Each invoice includes a payment link. You can complete your payment with or without registering on Ruul. Payments are processed via Ruul.io, and bank transfer and credit card are supported.
